I got my order way sooner than I thought I would. Seriously, the shipping was super quick, super quick. Really happy with how fast it arrived

I opened it and immediately thought, “Oh… this is it?” The packaging looked rushed and a bit cheap, definitely not something I’d feel good giving as a gift. I was expecting it to feel more put together, so yeah, I was disappointed.

I ordered from Adelisa & Co because the items looked really cute, and I figured it was worth spending a little extra if the quality matched the price. It wasn’t bad by any means, just kind of underwhelming. The item looked nice, but once I had it in person, I couldn’t help thinking I probably could’ve found something similar for less somewhere else. Shipping was fine and everything arrived okay, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was a terrible experience. I just personally don’t feel like the value was really there for what I paid

It’s cuuute overall, but it didn’t look exactly like the photos. The color and finish felt a little less bright in person than I expected. I’ll still wear it because it’s not bad at aaall, I just thought it would be a closer match to what was shown

I ordered a personalized item from Adelisa & Co, the overall look was nice. It wasn’t bad at all, and the item itself feels like something I can still give as a gift.
The name was spelled correctly, which I appreciated, but the placement was a bit off compared to what I thought I saw in the preview. The spacing and position just doesn’t look totally right to me, not a major issue, but still noticeable.
Shipping was fine and everything arrived okay, so no complaints there. For the personalization part, though, I’d say it’s just average. I might order again, but I would definitely double check the details more carefully next time

I’ve been wearing my Adelisa & Co bracelet for around 8 months now, usually a few times a week, and it’s held up well. The clasp still feels secure and hasn’t gotten loose or annoying, which I appreciate. There’s a little bit of fading on the back, but it’s not super noticeable and doesn’t really bother me. Shipping was fine, nothing special but no issues. Overall, I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

I had a good experience with customer support. They were friendly and got back to me fairly quickly with an answer to my question. I did have to follow up once, which wasn’t a big deal, and they ended up sorting everything out just fine.

I ordered my usual size from adelisaandco.com and the fit was just Weird. The waist felt too tight, but everywhere else was kind of loose and baggy, so it wasn’t flattering at all. I even checked the size chart before ordering, which made it more annoying. It just didn’t look or feel like the photos. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they Fix the sizing
